MSM8998 mainline kernel 6.0 and OnePlus 5/5T updates

Jami Kettunen requested to merge deathmist/pmaports:msm8998-updates into master

While this kernel upgrade could've also enabled ModemManager on OnePlus 5/5T for functional SMS I've decided to block ipa from autoloading (which makes ModemManager not detect the modem over QRTR at all) due to stability issues it causes currently, but a simple modprobe ipa will work if people wants to test that already.

Also fixes booting linux-edge kernel since 6.0 update there as well, see https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/issues/14252 for more details.

Ping @calebccff about the soc-qcom-sdm845 change especially :)

Ping @dsankouski @Danct12 for testing linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8998 upgrade, adapting !3134 (merged) (Draft: xiaomi-sagit: new device (Xiaomi Mi 6) ) & !2984 (closed) (Draft: fxtec-qx1000: new device) respectively especially with regards to usage of soc-qcom-msm8998 and the -nonfree-firmware subpackage (substitute missing ones with soc-qcom-msm8998-* things as those should work fine)

The F(x)tec Pro1 could also get an alpine kernel option similar to the OnePlus 5/5T as the DTS is in v6.0 though without anything on the display itself as simplefb nor DSI panel bindings are present sadly (nothing is stopping you from patching DTB locally for yourself though).
