main/postmarketos-ui-mate: add elogind
After enabling elogind support of MATE in Alpine Linux [1], add the according packages to pmOS MATE.
That way rfkill plugin allows to use media keys for WiFi and Bluetooth (part of issue #1649). And a suspend button becomes available in the shutdown dialog.
