samsung-grandpplte: new device
This is more or less a Grand Prime but with MediaTek MT6737T (a MT6735 variant) instead of Qualcomm MSM8916. Currently can boot and be interacted with using the touchscreen or through SSH over USB network. Port is using a mainline fork.
The boot process is a bit convoluted, requiring a shim to switch the CPU to aarch64, followed by U-Boot to do the heavy lifting instead of the crippled stock bootloader. U-Boot packaging is somewhat similar to samsung-starqltechn which also uses U-Boot as a secondary bootloader.
