community/linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm6350: adjust config

Switch to minimal config that I've been using for development for the last months, with some minor modifications. In addition to that enable all the kconfig options that will be a part of the new pmb:kconfigcheck-community (anbox/waydroid + iwd + nftables + containers + zram + netboot).
