linux-google-crosshatch-mainline: rebase to 5.1-rc7

This rebases the Pixel 3 XL patches on top of current linux master branch (5.1-rc7 + a few more commits since then)

Also enabled KASLR in the defconfig.

[skip ci] because this kernel takes more than one hour to build.

I manually built this kernel locally and can confirm it boots.

No other changes were added - I haven't had a chance to work on getting the screen working, unfortunately.
