community/linux-postmarketos-qcom-sdm845: upgrade to 5.19.0

Changelog

This includes a few notable changes:

• The downstream TFA98xx audio codec driver has been added, this enables support for the speaker on the OnePlus 6T pending the addition of the firmware it requires to firmware-oneplus-sdm845
• Initial support for the Xiaomi Mi Mix2s (xiaomi-polaris) is added, device support will come in !3327 (merged) (thanks @MollySophia!)
• The LG G7 and V35 are back (thanks @Newbyte and @jenneron)
• The OnePlus 6 gains notification LED support (thanks @AntEater).
• Enabled CONFIG_CRYPTO_LZO and CONFIG_CRYPTO_ZSTD for use with ZRAM.

Some changes have already been included in 5.18 stable releases:

• Backlight support for the SHIFT6mq
• The broken USB plugin detection was fixed

• The kernel now needs bash in order to compile so it is added to makedepends.
• Removed questionable _repo variable in the APKBUILD

Testing

Community device need to be tested, devices in testing/ don't have to be (I'm unsure if all are maintained) but testing is greatly appreciated. Particularly for the new Mi Mix2s.
