samsung-t03g: Switch to mainline & armv7

GPU, audio (except headphones) and wifi (ping only) work.

S Pen not working.

This mr is based on the device-samsung-t0lte package. Due to issues with my device, I can't test it with the proprietary S-Boot bootloader, but fourkbomb's U-Boot works. It is unlikely that there will be problems with the stock bootloader because of this mr.
