linux-odroid-hc2: upgrade to 5.16.14

odroid-hc2-5.16.14 into master
  • Switch to kernel.org source
  • Runs fully mainline, but config is incompatible with Alpine's kernels (exynos_defconfig + pmOS kconfigs)
  • Crashes hard with linux-postmarketos-exynos5 which has a bunch of patches we don't need for this device
