chuwi-hi10plus: drop

I'd say this is not appropriate to be in postmarketOS because this is just a bog standard x86 computer, it has UEFI BIOS and everything, and you can just boot a Linux distro on a USB stick.

It also has a 64-bit UEFI unlike some other tablet, so there should be no issue installing a Linux distro with a fairly modern kernel these days.

So, let's just drop it and forget this port even existed.
