zte-kis3: wifi and display now working and fixed slow start-up (attempt#2)

Picked up this old ZTE / Open C phone with its ancient 3.4 kernel and got some bits working: wifi & display and fixed loooooong start-up using huawei-y530 patches.

all gitlab CI test passed
