shift-axolotl: switch to mainline

This MR removes the downstream kernel package linux-shift-axolotl and uses linux-postmarketos-qcom-sdm845 instead, as it has recently added support for the SHIFT6mq (axolotl).

Additionally it adds a firmware package firmware-shift-sdm845 which contains BT, GPU and WiFi firmware, which allows to enable hardware acceleration and get phosh up and running.
