sxmo-common: update bluetooth for new pipewire/wireplumber

Should be included in v21.12 because this fixes important config issues. Moreover, we might want to make this a global package in pmOS. The configuration of bluetooth on alpine is annoying and this package makes it super easy. I installed this package on my pinebook pro running the stock pmOS sway ui metapackage.
