modem/msm-modem msm-modem-uim-selection wait for SIM card to show up
On my bq-paella msm-modem-uim-selection doesn't work at boot, due to the SIM Card taking time to show up in qmicli. Quick Fix: Wait up to 30 seconds for SIM Card to show up.
