This sets up proper audio routing for voice calls on MSM8916 so that switching to earpiece and back happens automatically. It also makes the speaker button work during voice calls.

Ideally there should be a new tag for callaudiod instead so we can just upgrade the package in Alpine. (@a-wai Any chance you can tag a new release for callaudiod? :))
