htc-m8: change arch to armv7

I updated the htc m8 from armhf to armv7, as per suggested on https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/HTC_One_M8_(htc-m8)

I bumped device's pkgrel because I made this change to the device: https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/Troubleshooting#Invalid_sparse_file_format_at_header_magic

I bumped linux's pkgrel because changed this parameter: https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/Troubleshooting:kernel#Kernel_compilation:_thumb_conditional_instruction_should_be_in_IT_block

I did not bump the firmware's pkgrel because all I changed was the arch (hence [ci:skip-vercheck])
