Improve Bluetooth and notification audio support

  • Autoconnect to Bluetooth device when you connect them
  • Match the sample frequency of Pulseaudio with ALSA for HiFi audio and Voice Call audio profiles for the PinePhone and PineTab
  • Lower volume of music when notification (text, call, e-mail, etc.) is received. This way, the notification sound is louder. The volume is restored again after the notification sound is over.
