New Plasma applications as decided on the Plasma Mobile sprint

At the Plasma Mobile sprint it was decided to add a set of new applications as installed by default, to show off what Plasma Mobile can do. This MR adds several of these packages, clean up some existing ones (okular-mobile and plasma-angelfish) and updates some Maui packages.
