trekstor-surftabduow1: new device

Max requested to merge 1Maxnet1/pmaports:trekstor-surftabduow1 into master

This MR adds basic support for the Trekstor Surftab Duo W1. Current status is documented in the wiki: https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/Trekstor_Surftab_Duo_W1_(trekstor-surftabduow1)

I did have a look at other similar ports and got some basic functionality working. But as those ports may be already outdated I'd love to get some feedback or proposals on how to improve the port.

One question would be the mesa-dri-intel package, which is marked a deprecated in the alpine repos, but it worked for me. What would be the replacement for this package?
