samsung-dream2lte: add new device

Henrik Grimler requested to merge Grimler/pmaports:device/samsung-dream2lte-MR-branch into device/samsung-dreamlte

Usb networking works somewhat and wifi works with fw package.

By applying Grimler/pmaports@15d6b7da, Grimler/pmaports@0eea39f0 and Grimler/pmaports@a6a80b1e to the dreamlte package it should, probably, be possible to make it work just as well.

After we have verified that similar changes works for the dreamlte I think we can open an MR against the master branch.

Wiki has been updated to show current status of the devices.
