Add ttf-droid-nonlatin and font-noto-emoji to fix various missing characters in the UI. The droid font (subset) is needed for plasma-dialer since https://phabricator.kde.org/D13936 for fullwidth 'asterisk', 'plus', and 'hash' characters.

The emoji font is needed for the emoji page of Maliit virtual keyboard. (a change from @minlexx)

ttf-droid-nonlatin and font-noto-emoji adds 13.4 MB and 10.41 MB to the installed image size accordingly.
