[v20.05] Phosh related backports
Upgrade versions of:
- phosh
- phoc
- megapixels
Add/upgrade dependencies as necessary:
- libhandy1
- upower
- wlroots
Also add megapixels to _pmb_recommends of postmarketos-ui-phosh (as in master).
These are just backports and I made sure that they work. So let's get this in fast.
