postmarketos-welcome-gtk3: upgrade to 0.2.0 / run on first login
Run automatically on first login, update text, put proper title and icon in desktop launcher.
I've verified on the PinePhone that it starts up after a fresh install, and properly deletes the autostart launcher to prevent auto-starting again.
