main/postmarketos-ui-shelli: gesture and shelli packages use dynamic path/dimensions

Updated contents and version of shelli and gesture packages. Both of these packages now determine device paths and touchscreen dimensions dynamically so should work for most devices. Added ofono dependencies for shelli UI in preparation for basic texting/voice CLI commands.
