enchilada / fajita: Update kernel, add firmware and misc improvements

This MR makes the following changes:

  • Kernel: Update to a newer kernel that adds support for the modem and display panels in both the OnePlus 6 and 6T, now based on v5.7-rc6
  • Firmware: Add a new aports package that contains proprietary firmware for the OnePlus 6 / T.
  • SOC: Add a new aports metapackage that contains common dependencies for SDM845 based devices (like userspace binaries that are needed for wlan / modem functionality).
  • Fajita: Fix the dtb line being incorrect in the deviceinfo file and the pkgdesc being "OnePlus 6" instead of "OnePlus 6T"

The general gist is the the OnePlus 6 / T now have working WiFi and GPU acceleration that works in Plasma Mobile and Phosh :D

The only issue right now is that fbdev emulation is required in order to get output on the display, this does mean graphical performance is not as good as it could be, and in mate at least sometimes the display won't update until you interact with it, however for testing and general usage in phosh it's usable enough.
