ci: check kernels have pmb:cross-native enabled

follow up to pmbootstrap#1910 (closed), !1169 (merged) and !1187 (merged).

Fixing the repo is good, but keeping it clean is better. Ensuring it before merge will avoid yet another fixup commit.

This also fixes the kernels that haven't been updated in-between.
