Add packages for mainline, downstream kernel and device package. What works can be seen on the wiki page: https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/Xiaomi_Poco_F1_(xiaomi-beryllium)

I wasn´t able to squash all patches in the downstream package into one, there were many problems with that (didn´t apply, didn´t build).
