Porting axolotl (Signal)

Hi,

Just to let you know that the author of axolotl (app for signal) is encouraging to test if his app can be ported to non-ubport platform (pureOS , pmOS):

I will give it a try in few days, but there's no guaranties I succeed. From what I understand the first step is to port goland.

(I don't know If this is the right thing to open an issue, that's where a forum would be usefull)
