Screen powers ON when menu and back "touch" buttons are touched

What's the expected behaviour?
When the phone is locked and its screen is turned off, touching the front buttons should not turn the phone on.
What's the current behaviour?
The phone' screen turns on when touching the menu and back "touch" buttons.
How to reproduce your issue?
Press any of those buttons. Screen turns on.

Additional information
The menu and back buttons on i9100 (and a5) are touch-based, as it is now these easily register touches when phone is in pocket and turns on the screen, leading to unnecessary battery drainage.
