Create postmarketos-quirks-disable-v4l

- postmarketos-quirks discussion, e.g. !2330 (comment 623261789):
I think a good candidate for the first postmarketos-quirks package would be the zoo of how faulty v4l drivers from downstream kernels are handled (git grep v4l
). This would resolve discussions of whether it's better to use a /dev/null symlink or a text file with a comment etc, just solve it once, for all packages. So if somebody wants to implement this, it would be appreciated :)
EDIT: I meant to call it postmarketos-quirks, not -tweaks >_>
EDIT2: to imply that device packages should depend on this, maybe devicepkg-quirk-disable-v4l
is a good name, and make it part of devicepkg-dev
? We could refactor it into a devicepkg
package, that has a -dev
subpackage next to the other quirks. Currently this would be my preferred solution, but discussion welcome.
