Reformat with clang-format

clang-format file was copied from pmaports

reformatted with clang-format -i **/*.h **/*.cpp (fish shell syntax I believe?)

Additionally comments and the isInSlideAnimation function were adjusted manually

LGTM, makes sense to use kernel style since we have to do with so many kernels in postmarketOS.

Can you add a patch to enforce this style in CI too?

LGTM once TEST CI commit is removed, and the .gitlab-ci.yml is adjusted to check out master instead of the branch of ci-common.git.

I skimmed through the changes, since it's all reformat and nothing functional, I guess I can't object too much.

I am puzzled by the Replace SDL2 include statements commit. What's that from?
