Add functional tests

Adding unlocking tests w/ cryptsetup aren't possible using the gitlab CI shared runners, devicemapper requires root access.

Testing with -k (key script) still hits some of the important input entry stuff, even if luksdevice.cpp isn't tested by it.

This was motivated by an accidental regression introduced in 0.62, that broke key script mode used by Mobian/PureOS.
