images: add generic-x86_64
I would like to wait until pmaports!4732 (merged) is merged before merging this, so that images include all fw (to support as many devices as possible)
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
