jobs/build_image: match boot.img from new mkinitfs

Oliver Smith requested to merge fix-boot-img-edge into master 
Change the pattern to match these files from "boot.img-*" to
"boot.img*", so it also works with the >= 1.0.0 postmarketos-mkinitfs.
This one does not append the device name to the boot.img file anymore.
Keep the asterisk, so it still works with the v21.06 branch.
