images: add xiaomi-beryllium

Recently Poco F1 was moved to community. It would be nice to have images built for it. There are two kernel variants. One for Tianma panel and another for EBBG panel.

Kindly let me know if any changes are required. I have only added master branch because I don't see my device on the 21.06 branch. Probably needs back-porting. Not sure how its been done.
