Install ts (moreutils) in pgbench-test too

Previously, we installed ts (moreutils) only in psql-test. But we need it in both.

Install curl as well, just in case if will be needed, to unify installation. Further, we probably need to have unified prep step as a single block of code. Helped-by: NikolayS
