fix(grafana): enable stacking for top-N index panels

Align index health dashboard with table stats dashboard by enabling stacking (mode: normal, fillOpacity: 100) for top-N index panels:

  • Top N indexes by size
  • Top N indexes by estimated bloat size
  • Top N indexes by tuples read
  • Top N indexes by tuples fetched
  • Top N indexes by block reads
  • Top N indexes by block hits

Note: "Top N indexes by estimated bloat %" remains unstacked as percentages are not additive.
