Replace argfile with slurpfile due to deprecation in jq 1.7

Chris Gwilliams requested to merge cgwillz/postgres-checkup:hotfix/deprecated-jq-argfile into master

--argfile was removed in jq 1.7

Slurpfile has been a valid alternative for a few years so this drop in should not need to change scripts where the version is pinned
