All Conclusions & Recommendations: in case of 6 items, show all of them. L003 Conclusions: order by value.

Description

1. In case when Conclusions or Recommendations have a list of items, and the number of items is 6, we showed only 5 of them and added etc.. From now on, in such cases, we present all 6 items.
2. In L003 Conclusions, order the list of items by the value reached (the highest goes first).

• the MR description has been reviewed
• this MR contains text changes and they have been reviewed OR there are no texts changes
• this MR contains GUI/CLI changes and they have been reviewed OR there are no GUI/CLI changes
• this MR contains API changes and they have been reviewed OR there are no API changes
