feat: Summary table added to the full report

Description

It is very useful to understand how many issues we have found during the checkup, without going through all reports. A new summary table with issues has been added after the Table of contents. In summary table we only display the number of analyzed issues (how many P1, P2, P3 issues have been found for every report). In future the executive summary will become more comprehensive.

• the MR description has been reviewed
• this MR contains text changes and they have been reviewed OR there are no texts changes
• this MR contains GUI/CLI changes and they have been reviewed OR there are no GUI/CLI changes
• this MR contains API changes and they have been reviewed OR there are no API changes
