fix: update DSA format and sessionID in the foreword (platform#260)

Update DSA format in the foreword from 2006-01-02 15:04:05 UTC (legacy format) to 2006-01-02T15:04:05Z07:00 (actual format)

So, we can see the diff of Database state at:
