Draft: docs: reorganize documentation as PostgresAI docs with Postgres copilot focus
Major reorganization from DBLab-centric to PostgresAI-centric documentation:
- Rebrand home page from "Database Lab documentation" to "PostgresAI documentation"
- Create new Vision & roadmap page explaining Self-Driving Postgres journey
- Add Postgres copilot section with overview, getting started, and Issues guide
- Add Postgres copilot how-tos: monitoring areas, DBLab integration
- Update Q&A with comprehensive FAQ structure
- Restructure sidebar: Postgres copilot sections first, DBLab as component
Key messaging updates:
- Clarify Postgres copilot as current milestone (not full self-driving yet)
- Emphasize: performance improvements, security patches, zero-downtime upgrades
- Human in the loop: you review, approve, merge
- All recommendations tested on clones of real data
Terminology: using "Postgres copilot" (lowercase copilot) to describe the current level of automation, not as a product name.
