fix (ui): Joe/History and Checkup Reports issues and improvements (platform#215)

Description

• It seems History is partially broken since the last update

• When some filter is used, we need to adjust URL

• Display different message on no results

• When History is indeed empty, change message

• Checkup reports page is blank in some cases
