docs: fix typos and Markdown formatting across project docs

  • README.md: fix Cyrillic typo in Russian translation link (Pусский -> Русский), normalize self-closing
    tag, lowercase anchor (#Translation -> #translation), and trim trailing blank lines.
  • CONTRIBUTING.md: drop trailing whitespace; add 'bash' language hint to two bare code fences (Portman/Newman snippets).
  • SECURITY.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md: drop trailing whitespace.
  • engine/api/README.md: add 'bash' language hint to Portman snippet and add missing trailing newline.
  • ui/packages/platform/README.md: add 'bash' language hint to install snippet.
