Restructured the installation guide

Motivation was mainly to first present the installation options instead of starting with the details necessary for manual installation.

But I cleaned up some other minor stuff too, such as the documentation dependencies being listed without any description as to what they are for, and that installation via pip didn't mention that it doesn't install dependencies like bubblewrap.
