Switched back to the portmod-cpython-* name for the native library built by CI

Apparently the name change was a regression. See https://github.com/PyO3/setuptools-rust/pull/197

I also removed it from the cache as it gets passed as an artefact to the later jobs now instead of as part of the cache (as it has done for some time).
