Misc fixes

A few miscellaneous changes.

• Cleanup shouldn't happen if an exception occurs to enable easier debugging
• Multiple homepages are now displayed more nicely in search results.
• Nofetch mods display the source url in the error rather than the mod name.
• Added AUX files to manifest (i.e. those in files dir. Not currently used, but will be soon).
