Add Zack's Lua Multimark

Adds the mod Zack's Lua Multimark.

The mod is of course similar to Multiple Teleport Marking, which is already in the Portmod OpenMW repository. However, the latter requires a variety of patches to work with landmass expansions. Meanwhile, Zack's Lua Multimark is trivially compatible with TR, HotN, etc.
