assets-misc/better-kegstands: Added 1.1

Unsure if the licenses reflects the nexus "Permissions and credits" in the best way. It also builds upon assets from Mesh Improvements 1.7.1 which is marked as all-rights-reserved (mesh-improvements-1.7.1.pybuild).

Distribution should be ok though. If I remember correctly the portmod mirror took care of that? Or was that mods outside of nexus?
