Lysol normal mapped retextures
I'm trying to add next mods:

- https://modding-openmw.com/mods/imperial-forts-normal-mapped-for-openmw/
basing on existing similar mod https://gitlab.com/portmod/openmw-mods/-/blob/master/assets-textures/hlaalu-normal-mapped/hlaalu-normal-mapped-1.1.pybuild
According to description from https://modding-openmw.com: If you're also using Project Atlas then these files need to be deleted from that mod to avoid a conflict (and broken textures in this mod):
00 Core/meshes/x/ex_common_building_01.nif ...
As well as these if you're using the Project Atlas patches for Glow In The Dahrk:
10 Glow in the Dahrk Patch/meshes/x/ex_common_building_01.nif ...
As I can see assets-textures/hlaalu-normal-mapped do nothing about that. When I tried to install mods together with atlas, vivec works fine, but imperial towns have black textures on the buildings.
Any suggestions how to make conditional inclusion/blacklisting of files, which will be re-visited every time atlas mod is added/removed? The only solution I came up with is to utilize the USE flags, but this will be cumbersome for the end users.
