Fix Z conflict happening to RMXP pictures

MR Description

  • This MR fixes a Z conflict bug happening on some RMXP pictures, making them be displayed in the wrong Z order

Before testing

  • Create an event using pictures before testing

Tests to realize

  • Launch the event that displays pictures. The right order should be displayed (Picture 1 under Picture 2 under Picture 3 etc...)
  • Verify that different fogs, emotion commands and teleportations aren't broken
